About the authors

Tjeerd den Boer has been a lifelong trainer/consultant. Since 2006 entrepreneur and close friend of Jonnie and Thérèse. Niels van Rees has been working in high-tech for many years, before his sabbatical. This would be a unique opportunity to find out how the kitchen of Jonnie can perform at such a high level on a daily basis. Tjeerd and Niels combined their knowledge and skills in order to answer the question:
