In the Netherlands we have more than 180 mobile kitchens, also known as streetfood trucks. The owners are passionate entrepreneurs who work in a creative, innovative and dynamic way with food. They are Traveling Stars.
Streetfood is very much on the rise and it brings us new experiences. People come into contact with the most delicious dishes. Instead of a closed kitchen, there is now direct contact with the chef, the food is prepared right in front of you and you can choose from a wide range of ingredients and recipes.
The book ‘Reizende sterren’ (Traveling stars) is a compilation of these creative kitchens. The foodtruck owners tell us their story and share the recipe of their signature dish.
