In this magnum opus with more than 200 recipes, Jonnie talks to taste professor Peter Klosse about all the different tastes in the Netherlands and lets his suppliers tell their story. Together with wine professional Jan van Lissum, Thérèse tells us all about tasting and experiencing the different flavours of wine. Especially for 'Puurst' writer Ronald Giphart converted more than 50 recipes into culinary prose and photographer Jan Bartelsman turned this already special book into a unique experience using X-rays, 3-D photos, and underwater photography.
