‘Perfect Harmony' is a beautiful book about the Michelin-star restaurant La Rive in the Amsterdam Amstel Hotel. The restaurant has made a name for itself with its French-Mediterranean cuisine, in which many fresh vegetables and seasonal products are prepared in an innovative way and with a great deal of attention.
British publicist Mark Cunningham became fascinated with La Rive and compiled a book about chef de cuisine Rogér Rassin and his white brigade, plus maître sommelier Ronald Opten and his black brigade - a diptych. 1 + 1 = 3, Perfect Harmony.
