The website and/or services of Uitgeverij Komma do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. How long we retain personal data

Uitgeverij Komma retains your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. When you inform us of this, we will also treat it as a request for erasure.

Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period lasts. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have prepared in connection with your assignment.

Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone—the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy. Uitgeverij Komma will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. Uitgeverij Komma also wishes to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
